Espire Dental, backed by Denver, Colorado-based private equity firm Rallyday Partners, announced that it was expanding its services in California with the acquisition of Los Gatos Dentistry.
Los Gatos Dentistry is a dental practice with one location in Los Gastos, California. According to the website, the practice has two providers on staff.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Denver, Espire Dental is an dental service organization with 27 practices located in Colorado, California, Oklahoma and Wyoming. It seeks and acquires practices with a clinical philosophy that focuses on the patient experience.
TUSK Practice Sales advised Los Gatos Dental in connection with this transaction. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 358th Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the 189th in the dental specialty. This is also Espire’s second acquisition of the year. In April, the company acquired the practice of one independent physician in Frisco, Texas for an undisclosed price.
