On September 11, Ivy Rehab announced its partnership with Helping Hands Rehabilitation in Manalapan, New Jersey.

Helping Hands Rehabilitation a premier provider of certified hand therapy and specialized rehabilitation services in New Jersey.

Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, is a network of outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy and applied behavior analysis clinics throughout the United States.

Now, as part of the Ivy Rehab Network, this partnership will leverage Ivy Rehab’s extensive resources and network to elevate the quality of care provided to patients in Manalapan and surrounding areas. This collaboration signifies a significant milestone for both organizations, enhancing the continuum of advanced hand therapy and occupational services Helping Hands has been known for since 2004. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This marks Ivy Rehab’s third acquisition of 2024. The company previously acquired New Jersey-based AmeriCare Physical Therapy and Virginia-based Hilltop Physical Therapy in April.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 28th Rehabilitation deal announced during 2024. There were 51 Rehabilitation deals announced during 2023, and 82 announced during 2022.
