Headquartered in Burlington, Iowa, Advanced Home Health Care is a private locally owned home health care agency serving Southeast Iowa since 1997. The company provides home health services to customers in a five-county area including Des Moines, Lee, Henry, Van Buren and Louisa. Services include skilled nursing and therapy, Veterans Administration services, pediatric services, private duty nursing and private duty care. Advanced Home Health Care is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified agency.
Employees of both agencies were notified of the acquisition a week prior to the announcement. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
