Dental365, backed by private equity firm The Jordan Company, announced it acquired The Art of Dentistry and Spa.
The Art of Dentistry and Spa is a dental practice in Somerset, New Jersey. The practice offers dental services such as oral surgery, custom dentures and general and cosmetic dentistry. According to its website, the practice has seven providers on staff.
Dental365 is a full-service family dental practice and support organization with locations throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Dental365 was acquired by The Jordan Company in July 2021.
This acquisition signifies Dental365’s continued commitment to serving more communities in New Jersey. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 292nd Physician Medical Group transaction of the year, and the 148th in the dental specialty. This deal marks Dental365’s sixth transaction of the year. In 2023, the company completed five acquisitions.
