Hanna G. Hanania DDS, PC is a three-provider dental practice in Dale City, Virginia led by Dr. Hanna Hanania.
Based out of La Jolla, California, La Jolla Family Smile Design is a dental practice with four providers on staff.
Children’s Dentistry of Abilene is a pediatric dental practice with one location in Abilene, Texas. According to its website, the practice is run by one physician: Dr. Norm Poorman.
Pray Family Dentistry is a two-physician dental practice with one location in Anderson, South Carolina. The physicians are supported by a team of seven employees. According to MB2 Dental, with the addition of Pray Family Dentistry to its network, the DSO now operates out of 42 states.
MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners since February 2021, partners with dentists and specialists. Founded in 2007, MB2 offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.

This represents a 43% increase from the previous year when 91 dental acquisitions were reported between January 1, 2023, and June 26, 2023.
