This acquisition will enhance Wilshire Group’s capabilities, extending its reach and reinforcing its commitment to providing comprehensive and client-focused revenue cycle management (RCM) consulting.
Trifecta Group is a specialized consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare providers improve their RCM processes and system utilization. The Trifecta Group serves payers, providers and healthcare systems across the country. Its portfolio of services includes evaluation and assessment of people, process and/or technology performance, project management, re-organizations and assistance with mergers, acquisitions or system implementations.
The Wilshire Group is a provider of end-to-end RCM solutions, offering comprehensive technical and consulting services to healthcare providers across the United States. The Sierra Madre, California-based company helps healthcare organizations optimize their financial performance and navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry.
The combined Wilshire Group and Trifecta Group team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and delivering measurable RCM results for healthcare organizations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
