Hyde Park Capital announced on June 13 that its client, Pinnacle Home Care, one of the largest home health care companies in Florida, has entered into a strategic partnership with HCS-Girling.
Based in Brooklyn, New York, and founded in 2022, HCS-Girling is a premier provider of home health and home care services across multiple verticals. Offering services from senior home care to post-op assistance, HCS-Girling delivers compassionate companion care, including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and errand running.
Pinnacle Home Care, established in 2003, is a Medicare-certified and Florida-licensed healthcare company that provides home care services. Clinically owned and operated, the company’s services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, as well as specialized programs including cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and diabetic education.
Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive investment banker, while Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick and Trenam Law served as legal counsel to Pinnacle Home Care. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 42nd Home Health & Hospice (HH&H) deal of 2024. This is nearly on par with last year, when there were 43 HH&H deals announced between January 1, 2023, and June 13, 2023.
