The two-story, 36,338-square-foot building is fully leased to Rehabilitation Physicians PC and Ascension Medical Group of Michigan.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 79th MOB transaction of 2024. In 2023, 194 MOB transactions were reported, and in 2022 there were 216 announced.
