Vitalis Properties announced that it was acquiring a 30,165-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) in Jacksonville, Florida for $12 million. The price is approximately $398 per-square-foot.
Cross Regions developed the build-to-suit MOB for Coastal Health in 2022. The facility includes clinical space for Coastal Health’s orthopedic, spine, pain management, podiatry and physical therapy practices, in addition to an 8,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center on the first floor.
Vitalis is a vertically integrated real estate investment company focused on healthcare real estate investment sales, acquisitions and leasing across the United States.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 73rd MOB transaction of 2024. This is also Vitalis’ second acquisition in Jacksonville, Florida in the last 12 months, and its third acquisition of 2024.
