Mind Body Wellness is a mental health provider that operates out of Franklin, Tennessee. It focuses on mental health as well as addiction.
MBO is an outpatient mental health center that operates out of locations in Texas and Tennessee. It offers treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma.
With this acquisition MBO operates out of five locations: Southlake, Plano and Fort Worth, Texas, as well as Franklin and Knoxville, Tennessee. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 25th Behavioral Health Care transaction of 2024, and the ninth in the counseling specialty. This is a slight increase from the previous year when, between January 1, 2023, and May 6, 2023, there were eight counseling transactions reported.
