Harrison, New York-based Ivy Rehab announced this week its latest partnership with Hilltop Physical Therapy in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Hilltop Physical Therapy has a team of physical therapists and licensed orthopedic manual therapists who specialize in treating a variety of conditions, including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, foot pain, ankle pain, elbow, wrist or hand pain, sports injuries and more. The company’s treatment techniques include physical therapy, orthopedic manual therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, therapeutic exercise techniques and kinesio taping.
Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, is a network of outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy and ABA clinics throughout the United States.
The addition of Hilltop Physical Therapy further solidifies Ivy Rehab’s reach in Virginia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 14th Rehabilitation transaction of 2024. The transaction also marks Ivy Rehab’s second acquisition of 2024. Earlier in April, the company partnered with AmeriCare Physical Therapy, a provider of outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation in Mountainside, Garwood, Piscataway and Warren, New Jersey. Ivy Rehab announced five partnerships during 2023, and seven during 2022.
