Arches Medical Partners, founded in 2023, is a medical group management company. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This transaction is Arches’ first acquisition since it was formed. Sidley Austin provided Arches with legal representation. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 122nd Physician Medical Group (PMG) deal of 2024, and the eighth in the internal medicine specialty. Throughout 2023, 46 internal medicine transactions were reported.
