Pacific Medical Management Services is an RCM company based in Torrance, California. The company’s offerings create end-to-end RCM services for the ambulatory market that ensure timely and optimal compensation for healthcare services. The services are designed to accelerate the posting of payments and lower the potential denial of claims.
Whittier Medical Management Associates is a medical billing and practice management services provider in Whittier, California.
N. Harris Computer Corporation develops software solutions for customers to the public sector, schools, utilities and health care agencies throughout North America.
C&R Capital Management acted as financial advisor to Pacific Medical Management Services in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 34th eHealth acquisition of 2024, and the fifth in the RCM specialty. During 2023, there were 273 eHealth and 55 RCM transactions announced. This also marks N. Harris Computer’s second transaction of the year. Earlier in January, the company announced the acquisition of Fivos‘ Medstreaming software suite for an undisclosed price.
