EqualizeRCM announced that it has invested in TrilogyRCS. Together, the two firms will serve hospitals in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and North Dakota, among others, with the ability to serve clients nationwide.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, EqualizeRCM is a leading provider of RCM services to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, labs and other healthcare providers and investors throughout the United States.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 25th eHealth acquisition of 2024, and the sixth in the RCM specialty. During 2023, there were 273 eHealth and 55 RCM transactions announced.
This also marks EqualizeRCM’s seventh acquisition since October 2016, all in the RCM specialty. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
