Guardian Dentistry Partners announced that it was acquiring a dental practice in Raleigh, North Carolina run by Elisabeth Gerics, DDS.
Guardian Dentistry Partners is a dental support organization (DSO) that provides services and growth opportunities for its network of dentist partners. Founded in 2018, the DSO has more than 100 offices in Alabama, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Maryland and Virginia.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, 166 dental transactions were reported in 2023. This is the fifth practice Guardian Dentistry acquired in 2023. The financial terms were not disclosed.
