Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, has announced a partnership with Westchester Sports Physical Therapy (WSPT). Founded in 1994, Westchester Sports Physical Therapy is a New York-based provider of physical and occupational therapy services in the Westchester community and the Tri-State area.
Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab is a network of outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy and ABA clinics throughout the United States.
The acquisition of Westchester Sports Physical Therapy expands Ivy Rehab’s footprint in New York. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 50th Rehabilitation acquisition of 2023. This also marks Ivy Rehab’s fifth transaction of the year. The company had previously acquired Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Rehabilitation in Illinois, Louisa Physical Therapy in Virginia, Sora Therapy in Minnesota and Excel Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
