Lutheran Senior Services (LSS) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire St. Louis Home Health. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 92nd Home Health & Hospice transaction of 2023. 

St. Louis Home Health is a specialized and highly personalized home health agency serving 3,500 patients annually in Missouri and Illinois. The company has been operating for more than 25 years and is particularly trusted by Orthopedists. 

LSS is a not-for-profit network that specializes in housing, care and supportive services for older adults 60 years and older. With 18 locations in Missouri and Illinois, LSS serves more than 13,000 seniors a year through options that include senior living communities, affordable housing and home and community-based services. 

The transaction is expected to close at the end of December 2023. LSS will continue to serve St. Louis Home Health’s current orthopedic patients regardless of their age. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
