Advanced Fertility Care (AFC), a member of the Pinnacle Fertility network, announced on December 6 the integration of Reproductive Health Center into its family of fertility care providers. This addition marks a significant step in expanding AFC’s fertility services and care throughout Arizona.
Reproductive Health Center is a fertility care provider in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Scot Hutchison leads the practice as the managing reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. According to its website, the practice has one provider on staff.
Founded in 2005, AFC is a fertility center helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building dreams. With multiple locations and a team of experienced fertility specialists, AFC is a leading provider of fertility care in Arizona. The company was acquired by Pinnacle Fertility, one of the nation’s fastest-growing physician-centric fertility care platforms, in March 2022.
Reproductive Health Center will now operate under the banner of AFC and its patients will continue to receive care at the same location in Tucson with the added benefit of the resources and expertise that Advanced Fertility Care brings and the support of Pinnacle. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction is the 479th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of the year, and 26th in the OB/GYN specialty. This also marks AFC’s first acquisition since it was purchased by Pinnacle Fertility.
