NeedleTech provides components and finished devices to many of the top medical device companies worldwide.
Arrotek Medical is a medical device design and development company that specializes in catheter design and development, advanced catheter technologies, minimally invasive medical devices, braid-reinforced catheters, coil reinforced catheters, smart catheter technologies, ultra-thin-walled catheters and embedded technologies.
The strengthened, combined company will offer extended and enhanced medical device design and manufacturing services to medtech organizations across the globe, particularly in the United States and the European Union. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
