It is based in Hollywood, Florida and was established in 2013. Chicago Telerad is a provider of diagnostic imaging and teleradiology services for hospitals and radiology groups. Founded in 2017, it is based in South Barrington, Illinois. According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 109th Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis acquisition of 2023, and 57th in the diagnostics specialty.

These two transactions are not only Epic Staffing Group’s first transaction of 2023, but also its first acquisitions since it was sold by Webster Equity Partners to The Pritzker Organization in April 2022. The financial terms were not disclosed.
