Physical Therapy Central (PTC) has announced its acquisition of FirstCare Rehabilitation, a physical therapy practice in Clinton, Oklahoma.

FirstCare Rehabilitation has been providing comprehensive spine care, general orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation to patients since its inception in 1996. The company’s services address either the acute or chronic stage of injury and continue throughout the recovery and repair phases of healing.

PTC, a member of the Confluent Health family, is an Oklahoma-based, private physical therapy practice group.

Patients of the newly acquired practice will continue to receive the same quality of care, delivered by their familiar and dedicated clinical teams. Additionally, the clinical professionals will gain access to a comprehensive suite of resources provided by PTC’s parent organization, Confluent Health. These resources include management services, advanced education and musculoskeletal health tools.

The transaction expands PTC’s presence in Oklahoma, bringing its total number of clinics to 37 across the state. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction also marks the 40th Rehabilitation acquisition of the year. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
