ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of LynLake Centers for WellBeing for an undisclosed price. The transaction was facilitated by Agenda Health, a healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.
LynLake Psychotherapy and Wellness Ltd, doing business as LynLake Centers for WellBeing, is a Minnesota-based integrative mental health and wellness practice with fourteen locations across Minneapolis and St. Paul. Established in 2014, LynLake offers a wide spectrum of outpatient clinical offerings, spanning from psychotherapy, neuro/psychological testing and nutritional counseling, to neurofeedback, medication management, acupuncture, wellness coaching, trauma-informed massage, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, yoga therapy, craniosacral therapy and Reiki, among others.
ARC Health is a mental health specialty services organization supporting psychiatry, psychology and therapy providers in multiple locations throughout the United States. ARC was formed in 2021 in partnership with outpatient mental health provider Advanced Recovery Concepts. The company has more than 320 providers throughout its partner locations nationwide.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 61st Behavioral Health Care (BHC) transaction of the year. Additionally, this acquisition marks ARC Health’s eighth transaction of the year. Last year, the company announced six transactions in the BHC space.
