Southern Ear Nose Throat & Allergy (SENTA) Partners, a portfolio company of private equity firm Shore Capital Partners, has announced a new partnership with Advanced ENT and Allergy, with locations in Kentucky and Indiana.
Advanced ENT and Allergy is a leading ear, throat & nose (ENT) and allergy practice in the Southern United States, with nearly 170 employees across six locations. According to its website, there are 14 physicians on staff.
Founded in 2019, SENTA Partners is an ENT and allergy management services organization with more than 930 employees, including 180 providers across 66 locations in seven states.
This partnership further solidifies SENTA’s substantial growth in 2023, expanding its footprint in the Southern United States to 82 physicians and 66 locations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 301st Physician Medical Groups transaction of the year, and the ninth in the ear, nose & throat specialty. This also marks SENTA’s Partners’ second transaction of the year. The company acquired Gainesville, Georgia-based Breathe Better Allergy, Asthma, & Sinus Center in July 2023. SENTA Partners announced four acquisitions during 2022.
