Dental365 announced that it acquired six dental practices in Pennsylvania: Susquehanna Valley Dental Group in Middleburg; Polit & Costello Dentistry, based out of Pittston; Back Mountain Dental in Shaverton; Wilkes-Barre Township-based NEPA Dental; Coopersburg Dental in Coopersburg; and NEPA Dental West in Forty Fort.
Dental365 is a full-service family dental practice and support organization with locations throughout the New York metropolitan area and Connecticut. Dental365 was acquired by private equity firm The Jordan Company in July 2021.
This acquisition marks Dental365’s entry into Pennsylvania and the seventh state it operates in. With the addition of these practices, Dental365 added 12 providers to its portfolio. The financial terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 400th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of the year, and the 132nd in the dental specialty. This is Dental365’s fourth acquisition of the year, having previously added two practices and 4 physicians to its network as well as a dental laboratory.
