Montecito Medical announced on September 19 its acquisition of The Lincoln Avenue Health Center building in West Allis, Wisconsin. The acquisition of the property expands Montecito Medical’s footprint in the Milwaukee MSA. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Lincoln Avenue Health Center is a 12,600-square-foot medical office building (MOB). The building is 100% leased to Medical College of Wisconsin, a market-dominant group in the Greater Milwaukee area.
Montecito Medical Real Estate specializes in healthcare-related real estate acquisitions and funding. Since 2006, it has completed transactions across the United States involving more than $5.1 billion in medical real estate.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this represents the 153rd MOB transaction of 2023, as well as Montecito’s 32nd MOB acquisition of the year. During 2022, Montecito announced 37 MOB deals, and 43 deals in total.
