CLS Health, formerly known as Clear Lake Specialties, has finalized the acquisition of Southeast Houston Cardiology. The acquisition extends CLS Health’s geographical reach in the Houston MSA.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 388th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, 24 of them in the cardiology specialty. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Southeast Houston Cardiology is a Texas-based cardiology practice that’s been serving Pasadena, Clear Lake, Webster and the surrounding area for more than twenty years. According to its website, the practice has six providers on staff.
CLS Health is a leading multi-specialty group practice providing comprehensive and specialized medical care in the Houston MSA. The CLS Health team comprises more than 160 physicians and allied health professionals who practice across 23 locations, offering medical services in more than 30 specialties.
