U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, announced it was adding three dental practices to its network: Whittier Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Whittier, California; Mount Vernon, Washington- based North Cascade Implant Oral Surgery Center; and Oral & Facial Surgery Centers of Washington, located in Puyallup and Tacoma, Washington.
USOSM is a management services organization focused on oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Founded in 2017, USOSM has partnered with more than 190 surgeons across 26 states.
With these acquisitions, USOSM adds four providers to its portfolio and bolsters its California and Washington networks. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 387th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, and the 128th in the dental specialty. This is USOSM’s third transaction and, following the completion of this deal, the company will have added seven practices to its network in 2023.
