ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of Dayspring Behavioral Health.

Dayspring Behavioral Health is a mental health practice with four locations throughout the Seattle MSA. Founded in 2012 by Dr. Amy Ford, the practice offers comprehensive counseling services and specialized pediatric neuropsychological assessments.

ARC Health is a mental health specialty services organization supporting psychiatry, psychology and therapy providers in multiple locations throughout the United States. ARC was formed in 2021 in partnership with outpatient mental health provider Advanced Recovery Concepts. The company has more than 320 providers throughout its partner locations nationwide.

The addition of Dayspring Behavioral Health expands ARC Health’s footprint in Washington. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 51st Behavioral Health Care acquisition of the year, and the 13th in the counseling specialty. Additionally, this acquisition marks ARC Health’s sixth transaction of the year.
