Elevate ENT Partners, backed by Audax Private Equity, announced on July 19 that it has partnered with Vero ENT Associates. The partnership reinforces Elevate’s commitment to supporting quality physicians as they continue to grow in the Florida market.
Vero ENT Associates is an otolaryngology practice based in Vero Beach, Florida. According to its website, the company has three providers on staff.
With more than 75 otolaryngology centers and 120 physicians, Elevate ENT Partners invests in private ENT and allergy practices across the United States and provides scalable infrastructure to help practices reach the next level in terms of financial management, marketing, contracting, human resources and other business disciplines.
Vero ENT Associates marks Elevate sixth partnership in Florida. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
