RealTime Software Solutions, LLC, backed by Philadelphia-based private equity firm LLR Partners, has announced its acquisition of Devana Solutions, LLC for an undisclosed price. This strategic move delivers the most comprehensive and advanced end-to-end site platform available to the market.
Devana Solutions’ cloud platform provides clinical trial data analytics for central research operations (CRO) professionals. The platform supports real-time collaboration between central research operations professionals and decentralized clinicians serving patients in diverse communities.
RealTime Software Solutions provides software products for clinical trial research sites, site networks, sponsors and CROs to manage complex clinical research processes. LLR Partners invested in RealTime Software Solutions in January 2022.
By integrating Devana’s solutions into RealTime’s Site Operations Management System, CROs will gain access to a suite of capabilities that bridge centralized operations with site-based clinical teams. The combination of these solutions establishes connectivity between Devana’s business development and data analytics platform and RealTime’s fully integrated suite of products that includes CTMS, eRegulatory solutions, eSource, eConsent, Payments, Texting solutions, the MyStudyManager Participant Portal and other eClinical solutions and services.
