Nova IVF Fertility announced on June 21 that it entered an agreement to acquire WINGS IVF.
WINGS IVF is one of the leading regional IVF chains in India. WINGS IVF has six centers in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar and Delhi.
Nova IVF Fertility is India’s leading chain of fertility and IVF centers. Nova IVF Fertility has achieved more than 55,000 pregnancies across 1,10,000 couples, performing close to 15,000 cycles each year. The company added 43 centers over the past three years.
According to the company’s press statement, with this acquisition, Nova IVF Fertility will expand its footprint to 68 centers in 44 cities, aiming to be the leading provider of IVF services across South Asia.
