Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a portfolio company of New York-based private equity group, Harvest Partners, announced its acquisition of Lakeview Dental Care.
Founded in 1998 by Dr. Mark Arooni, Lakeview Dental Care is a general dentistry practice located in Chandler, Arizona.
Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, DCA is a multi-branded dental support organization with more than 400 affiliated dental offices and 900 dentists across 22 states. DCA’s allied practices represent all dental specialties and treat patients under more than 150 brands.
This affiliation continues DCA’s rapid growth and momentum and expands its footprint in Arizona to five allied practices. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 224th Physician Medical Groups transaction of the year and 74th in the dental specialty. This also marks DCA’s eighth transaction of the year. The company announced 15 dental deals during 2022.
