ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, announced on May 15 that it acquired Silver Lake Psychology for an undisclosed price. Physician Growth Partners advised Silver Lake Psychology.
Silver Lake Psychology cares for more than 100,000 patient visits annually and employs more than 400 providers. It has 15 offices in California, Colorado, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington D.C.
ARC Health is a mental health specialty services organization supporting psychiatry, psychology and therapy providers in multiple locations throughout the U.S. ARC was formed in 2021 in partnership with outpatient mental health provider Advanced Recovery Concepts. The company has more than 320 providers throughout its partner locations nationwide.
The acquisition of Silver Lake Psychology indicates that ARC Health is focusing on purchasing larger practices in the future, ARC Health CEO Vince Morra said.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 29th Behavioral Healthcare transaction of the year. Additionally, this acquisition marks ARC Health’s fifth transaction of the year.
