Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP), a portfolio company of Cincinnati-based private equity firm RC Capital, acquired 14 endodontic practices based in Washington and Oregon, adding 16 providers to its network.
In Oregon, 13 doctors across 12 practices were acquired. The practices serve the Tualatin, Corvallis, Albany, Eugene, Gresham, Portland, Salem, Oregon City and the Beaverton areas.
In Washington, three doctors within two practices operating out of Vancouver and the Everett regions were bought.
EPP is a network of private endodontic practices. It is based in Brentwood, Tennessee and was founded in 2019.
The EPP geographic footprint of affiliates now spans across nine states, totaling more than 60 practice locations and more than 85 physicians. Terms were not disclosed. This is EPP’s first transaction of the year. In 2022 it purchased North Dallas Endodontics.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 115th Physician Medical Groups transaction of 2023, 31 of them in the dental specialty.
