Premier Care Dental Management announced that it acquired Dental Designs of New England, a three-physician dental practice in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
This marks Premier Care Dental Management’s first acquisition in New Hampshire and its 113th location. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Dental Designs of New England is run by Dr. Jini Shetty, a general dentist with more than 20 years of experience. The practice operates out of one New Hampshire location.
Premier Care Dental Management is a dental management company that offers support services to dental specialty offices across the Northeastern U.S. Premier Care Dental Management has locations throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire and New Jersey. It is based in New Hyde Park, New York.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 106th Physician Medical Groups and the 30th dental transaction of the year. This is also Premier Care Dental Management’s fourth transaction of 2023; previously, the company expanded its presence in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
