Ultimate Sports, Inc. has acquired Sannabis S.A.S., a medical marijuana company based in Colombia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sannabis is a licensed cannabis company operating in Cali, Colombia. It has a line of cosmetic, medical and industrial products made from cannabis and hemp. The company is licensed to grow, manufacture and export cannabis and cannabis derivatives.
Ultimate Sports is a men’s health services provider. Ultimate Sports’ Men’s Advanced RX Online Medical Clinic provides a licensed physician to diagnose and treat male health and wellness issues.
Ultimate Sports named Juan Paulo Guzmán and John Campo, Sannabis co-founders, to the board of directors. Guzman will continue to run the day-to-day operations of Sannabis. Ultimate Sports will continue developing its Men’s Health Services business and incorporate Sannabis products for men’s wellness where appropriate.
