Cincinnati Children’s Hospital announced on March 16 that it acquired the practice of Dr. Camille Graham.
Dr. Camille Graham is a pediatrician with more than 40 years of experience. Since 2019, the practice has been affiliated with Mercy Health Physicians-Cincinnati. Approximately 2,200 patients are treated by the practice.
Cincinnati Children’s, a nonprofit academic medical center established in 1883, is one of the oldest pediatric hospitals in the United States. It has more than 26 locations in the Cincinnati MSA.
The practice will be rebranded as Cincinnati Children’s Kenwood Crossing Primary Care. The transaction will become effective April 17, 2023. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 110th Physician Medical Groups (PMG) deal of the year, and the fifth in the pediatrics specialty. By comparison, there were 123 PMG deals announced between January 1, 2022, and March 16, 2022.
