MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, announced on March 6 that it acquired three dental practices, marking the 26th dental transaction of the year.
MB2 Dental Solutions partners with dentists and specialists. Founded in 2007, MB2 offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.
Operating in both Maitland and Winter Park, Florida, McIntosh Orthodontics is run by Dr. David McIntosh. The practice offers high-quality eye care. Providing pediatric and general dental services out of one location in Pittsford, New York, Pittsford Family Dental is run by seven doctors. Operating out of one location in Asheville, North Carolina, Best Bites Dental is run by two providers.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 97th Physician Medical Groups transaction of 2023, 26 of them in the dental specialty. This also marks MB2 Dental’s seventh transaction of the2023. So far this year, the company has acquired ices across California, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Utah, North Carolina and Florida.
