On February 21, JLL Capital Markets announced that it closed on the sale of an Erie, Colorado medical office building (MOB). An undisclosed Arizona-based private real estate company bought the facility.
The 8,000-square-foot building was sold by Evergreen Devco, Inc. for $5.65 million. The building is occupied by UCHealth, a not-for-profit healthcare system, and is located on 0.71 acres of land. The price is approximately $706 per square foot.
Evergreen Devco, Inc. is a national, fully diversified real estate company specializing in retail, commercial and multifamily development. Its headquarters are in Phoenix, Arizona and it has offices in Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah.
JLL Capital Markets represented Evergreen Devco in the transaction.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 35th MOB transaction of the year. This is also JLL Capital Markets’ third transaction of 2023.
