Spire Orthopedic Partners has acquired Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County and The Surgery Center at Orthopedic Associates. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1975, Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County has 24 subspecialty-trained physicians practicing across five locations and an ambulatory surgery center (The Surgery Center at Orthopedic Associates). The facilities are in the Hudson Valley locations of Poughkeepsie, Kingston, New Windsor, East Fishkill and Rhinebeck, New York.
