Evolution Dental Science, based in Buffalo, New York, announced its acquisition of Pro-Esthetics Dental Laboratory.
The acquisition of Pro-Esthetics, plus an affiliation with national dental service organization Heartland Dental, is expected to lead to another 30% to 40% growth for 2023 for Evolution Dental Science. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Pro-Esthetics Dental Laboratory is a full-service laboratory that manufactures dental products such as crowns, bridges and implants. The company is based in Concord, Ontario.
Evolution Dental Science has been one of the most trusted dental laboratories since its founding in 1993. Evolution has evolved itself over the years, serving as a distributor for several international companies and adding and then selling a group of private dental practice groups under the LifDental name. Today, the company manufactures dental products, including crowns, bridges, veneers, removable dentures, orthodontic devices and athletic mouth guards.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 11th Laboratories, MRI and Dialysis transaction of the year. This also marks Evolution Dental Science’s first transaction since it purchased Watling-Moss Dental Laboratory in December 2021.
