Dermatology Partners has acquired Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley. As of February 6, 2023, Dr. Susan J. Kucirka will transition from Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley to Dermatology Partners – Schnecksville. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Schnecksville, Pennsylvania-based Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley treats diseases of the skin, hair and nails, such as acne, warts, eczema and psoriasis. It also diagnoses and removes skin cancers, growths and moles.
Dermatology Partners is a dermatology practice with 29 offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the second dermatology practice deal of 2023. There were 34 dermatology practice transactions reported in 2022.
