Gen4 Dental Partners has acquired Nelson and Tillmann Family Dentistry and Oquirrh Mountain Dental. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Murray, Utah-based Nelson and Tillmann Family Dentistry’s services include wisdom teeth removal, teeth whitening, dental implants and root canal. Invisalign treatment is among the services provided by Oquirrh Mountain Dental, which is based in South Jordan, Utah. Both practices are run by three providers.
A portfolio company of the Thurston Group, Gen4 Dental Partners is a dental services organization providing support to providers of dental services. Gen4 has 76 locations in 10 states with 50 dentist partners and more than 1,300 employees.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the seventh dental practice transaction of 2023. There were 210 dental practice deals reported in 2022.
