With the addition of West Texas Allergy, AllerVie Health has expanded its footprint to 12 states. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 24th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023 and the first in the allergy specialty.
