The Stepping Stones Group, a portfolio company of Five Arrows Capital Partners, provides therapy and behavioral health services to children in the K-12 educational setting. Stepping Stones serves more than 1,000 clients and 300,000 children across 42 states each year.
Catalyst Speech will continue to operate and market itself as a standalone entity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is The Stepping Stones Group first acquisition of 2023. In 2022, the company completed four acquisitions.
