Innovation Fertility, a portfolio company of New Republic Partners and Albaron Partners, announced on November 29 that it acquired SpringCreek Fertility.

Innovation Fertility is a network of IVF clinics and laboratories, primarily located across the southeast and midwest. The leadership team consists of reproductive endocrinologists and seasoned fertility laboratory managers and operators.

SpringCreek Fertility is a fertility center that offers comprehensive reproductive health care treatment options, including in vitro fertilization, egg donation, genetic testing, intrauterine insemination, egg freezing and gestational carrying. It is run by three doctors and has locations in Dayton, Dublin and Mason, Ohio. 

This acquisition is Innovation Fertility’s third of the year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 550th Physician Medical Groups transaction of the year, and the 27th fertility acquisition. Of those 27 deals, 21 of them were completed by private equity and/or their portfolio companies, representing 78% of fertility buyers.
