Cardiovascular Associates of America has acquired Cumming, Georgia-based Heart and Vascular Care, which was founded more than 15 years ago and operates from nine locations across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.
Heart and Vascular Care joined Cardiovascular Associates of America as its sixth partner. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
