TOI became publicly traded via a de-SPAC transaction with DFP Healthcare Acquisition Corp., announced in June 2021.
Hematology/Oncology Associates of Miami will be renamed The South Miami Clinic and an additional office is planned to open in 2023. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
