Beyond Podiatry, a portfolio company of private equity firm Albaron Partners, LP., has acquired Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care.
Founded in 1998, Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care is a podiatry practice of foot and ankle surgeons committed to providing care for all types of foot and ankle injuries and conditions. Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care has 19 foot and ankle surgeons providing care at 18 locations across southwest Ohio.
Clinton Township, Michigan-based Beyond Podiatry is one of the largest podiatry practice management organizations in the Midwest.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
