Thrive Healthcare has acquired Harmony Recovery Group.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Harmony Recovery Group operates behavioral health treatment facilities, the first of which opened in 2015. Harmony Recovery Group has 10 treatment center locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Harmony’s treatment centers are focused on behavioral healthcare programming for mental health and substance abuse as well as dual diagnosis care.
Thrive Healthcare is an investment firm with expertise regarding psychiatric hospitals, substance use disorder, mental health, autism and specialty behavioral health.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
